Description
"William The Protector" resembles a oxidized copper goat statue with 4 horns. It is located
behind the satellite dish Whiskey on top of the cliff.
Standing near the statue causes meta paranoia to occur. The pedestal and William together emit a L1 EMF signal. Sometimes William will leave his pedestal and appear in a random location elsewhere the map. Wen he leaves or what causes him to leave is yet to be discovered. When William is not on the pedestal he emits a L4 EMF reading. It is currently unknown if he is able to attack the player or not.
On the front of the pedestal is a sign with the following inscription:
"And may the hungry be fed...
...may the weak be defended...
...and my enemies shall perish.
In the memory of the great one.
the one who protects us."
The back of the pedestal features a carved sigil that resembles the sigil of Laraje, a demon from the "Ars goetia" book.
