SPOILER WARNING

Kerfur-Omega, sometimes shortened to Kerfuro by the community, is the upgrade to the Kerfur found through crafting using the "Kerfur-Omega" complete manual. It can fix servers like its predecessor, but it can also retrieve hash codes, fix unpowered transformers, and has multiple options for moving around and holding things, unlike Kerfur, who can only follow the player if no servers are broken.
Kerfur-Omega also has unlimited power due to its Radioactive Capsule, which allows the player to make full use of its increased capability.
Uses
Kerfur-Omega has the abilities of Kerfur to fix servers, follow the player around, and deactivate. It can also be controlled, like Kerfur, using the Cameras menu. Refer to Kerfur's Camera Control page for more information, as it functions identically.
Kerfur-Omega can also fix transformers after they go down, and retrieve hash codes for the daily assignment if asked to while the player is holding a piece of paper. Kerfur-Omega will take the piece of paper in these instances and go get hash codes.
Kerfur-Omega can also hold objects, allowing the player a place to carry items around without holding them or carrying them in the inventory. It also has movement options, those being "Follow", "Idle," and "Patrol", the last having Kerfur-Omega patrol the immediate area.
Crafting
Kerfur-Omega must be crafted with the use of the "Kerfur-Omega" complete manual, which is found in the back corner of the Bunker (Not to be confused with the "Kerfur Omega" documents binder which is also in the bunker). After getting in by retrieving the Keycard from inside the bunker, using a hook to snatch the keycard laying on the stairs to open the first door, and then using a Password changer or melee weapon to get through the second door. In the Bunker, the Manual will be hidden behind a few supply boxes in the corner. As of version 0.8.1, an old Notepad can also be found within the Bunker that contains crafting recipes for all Kerfur-Omega parts, which must be individually assembled before being combined into a white Kerfur-Omega. Once this white Kerfur-Omega has been made, the player can then combine it with any of the Kerfur Color items to change its color. Said old Notepad also contains hints and instructions on where to locate some of the rarer components, such as the Ball Joints and Limb Joints, Omega AI Module, and Radioactive Capsule.
Ingredients
The ingredients listed in the old Notepad are:
| Appearance | Name | Recipe |
|---|---|---|
| Head | ||
| Torso | ||
| Pelvis | ||
| Arms |
(2 arms created per craft) | |
| Legs |
(2 legs created per craft) |
All of the ingredients must be crafted with the Manual, which is the only item that will not be used up. However once all of the Kerfur-Omega pieces have been made the Manual is not needed to combine them into a complete blank Kerfur-Omega, however it is still required to break the parts back down into their crafting components. The old Notepad is very useful for knowing what is needed and where to find it, but is not a necessary crafting material for any of the parts.
- The Kerfur Parts and Kerfur Color are retrieved from dissembling Kerfur on the Workbench. You will usually need to dissemble 2 Kerfurs to get enough Kerfur Parts, as they will drop 3 instead of 5. Be aware that only the boxed Kerfur Parts from disassembling Kerfurs can be used, the gibs from defeating Abandoned Kerfur cannot be used. Similarly, the Orange Kerfur awarded from defeating the Abandoned Kerfur cannot be disassembled into parts.
- The Scrap can be made out of trash parts or appropriate items, such as crafting Electronic Scrap with 4 Drives.
- The Radioactive Capsule must either be dug out of a dirt patch near TR_2 using a shovel, or assembled using its own blueprint. It is generally the most difficult item to retrieve, as it is heavily Radioactive and will constantly damage the player when nearby unless the player is wearing a Hazmat Suit. Despite this, it will not damage the player when it is in their Inventory or an inventory nearby, so it is still possible to assemble Kerfur-Omega with minimal exposure. Still, caution should be exercised while having it on the Workbench and when finding it, as Radiation will cause Cancer and reduce the players maximum health until they use the Heavy Meds purchased from the shop.
- The Ball Joints can be located inside boxes that are buried in the pile of gravel right next to Romeo, and a little ways in front of The Cave entrance.
- All three Transformers contain two Limb Joints. TR_1's are located inside a bucket in the back room, TR_2's are on top of the crate under the workbench, and TR_3's are placed on the topmost shelf of a bookshelf also within its back room.
- The Omega AI Module is locked inside of a safe that is resting at the bottom of The Lake between the Oscar and Tango radar dishes. The player is able to retrieve it using either scuba gear, or a hook. Once the safe has been retrieved, the player is able to turn its dial with the scroll wheel and hear clicks upon doing so, these clicks are important so attempting to open it in a noisy area or under the water is not advised. While turning the dial, eventually the player will hear a more distinct click than the others, this is the sign to reverse the direction the player is turning the dial, doing so every time the distinct click is heard will eventually unlock the safe for the player to retrieve the Omega AI Module. The safe can be destroyed with the Hacksaw to gain one Metal Scrap along with the Omega AI Module.
- Abandoned Kerfur drops both a Radioactive Capsule and an Omega AI Module upon death, making it another way to obtain these two components.
- The store also sells the Omega AI Module, Ball Joints, and Limb Joints, but only after the player has crafted at least one Kerfur-Omega previously, even if on a different save file.
Cosmetic
Skins
Kerfur-Omega has multiple cosmetic variations, often resembling other entities or references in the game. They are accessed by crafting a Kerfur-Omega and various other ingredients together.
All Kerfur-Omega skins require "The Funny Setting" to be enabled to be crafted.
Equipment
Various items are able to be equipped onto Kerfur-Omega:

Tips
- Certain entities can kill Kerfur-Omega. If this happens, Kerfur-Omega will be broken into a Head, Chest, Pelvis, two Arms, and two Legs. If you bring all seven parts back to a Workbench, you can reassemble Kerfur-Omega for free with no penalty.
- You can attack them with any weapon/item you can swing, killing them in a single hit, but only when active.
- Any Kerfur-Omega variations other than the base 3 colors (Blue, Pink, and Red) will instead break into a colorless Kerfur-Omega and the parts used to make the skin.
- Kerfur-Omega (Gamer) is exempt from this, instead breaking into each of the 3 base color Kerfur-Omegas used to make the skin.
- Kerfur-Omega is great at pulling heavy objects if you give them an object to hold, use a Hook to attach it to the object, and then control them via the cameras.
- Please note, you have to give them an object to hold. You cannot hook onto Kerfur-Omega themself.
- If you attempt to hook onto an object, and then try to hook onto Kerfur-Omega, your hook will cease to exist.
- Please note, you have to give them an object to hold. You cannot hook onto Kerfur-Omega themself.
- Kerfur-Omega can carry storage containers, which can be useful for moving many items across long distances.
- Note that items Kerfur-Omega is carrying will not be saved. Be sure to take any items Kerfur-Omega is carrying before saving.
Trivia
- It is possible to propose marriage to Kerfur-Omega by writing "Will you marry me?" on the paper you give it when sending them to retrieve the hashcodes. Their response will be added to the bottom of the report when they give it back to you.
- Writing "Skibidi" on a piece of paper and sending Kerfur-Omega to retrieve the hashcodes with this piece of paper will cause them to hold a knife and attempt to kill you while playing a remix of the Sonic drowning theme.
- Attempting to send Kerfur-Omega to collect reports after having already completed it, will have them follow you and toss the paper back, with a written response saying “Reports are already completed dumass.”
- Petting Kerfur-Omega too much will cause them to explode into multiple parts which must be combined in the Workbench, similar to when an entity (or you) kills them.
- It is noticeably more difficult to cause Kerfur-Omega to explode in this way than their predecessor, Kerfur.
- With a volume of 1059.0, a regular Kerfur-Omega can be picked up if you expand your max inventory space via the use of multiple Fanny Packs.
- While attempting to hook the Keycard through the slot in the Bunker, if the player drops the Keycard further down the stairs it is sitting on, they will receive two insulting tooltips, before the keycard is teleported to the roof of the Bunker entrance.
