The glasses are one of various items that can be equipped by Omega-Kerfur.

Usage

They can be worn by most Omega-Kerfur via the "equip" option. This option will display on an Omega-Kerfur while hovering over it with any valid equipment in the player's hand.
To get the glasses back either use the "unequip" option while hovering over an Omega-Kerfur that has them equipped, or deactivate it via any means to have the glasses drop.

Obtaining

Two of them can be found near the green bunker hatch.
