Items are an essential gameplay element in Voices of the Void.

Item Store

Drive

2 1 1 0.9 6.98 "An analogue drive. Carries signal data for storing, further processing or selling." Drives can be put into drive slots on different panels at the Main Computer.
At 00:00, a single empty drive will be sent to the base via the Delivery Drone as part of the daily delivery, along with the MRE.
Drive Box

5 1 5 15.5 360.4 "An orange box for drives. Used to store drives and sell them off." Drive boxes can store up to 8 drives, and a single paper sheet.
For the drives, they are placed directly into the box, for the sheet, it is dropped onto the top of the box.
If no drive boxes exist, a single one will be sent at 00:00 by the Delivery Drone.
Player can hold the box by pressing R while grabbing the box
Battery

10 1 1 0.2 0.91 "A standard battery. Used in most flashlights and other small electronics" Batteries hold 100.00 charge.
Right click whilst a battery is being held to recharge the flashlight.
Gas Can

25 12 1 7.4 103.6 "A gas can. Stores fuel for the vehicle." Gas cans can be used to refill the ATV, either by right clicking the ATV with the gas can in hand, or by hitting the front of the ATV with it.
Gas cans can explode if thrown around enough.
Server Repair Kit

5 2 1 0.3 1.58 "A server repair kit, instantly repairs any malfunctioning server." Server repair kits can be put into servers to instantly bypass the math minigame.
They can sometimes be dropped from dropped from supply crates.

Server Protection Kit

10 5 1 0.3 1.58 "A server protection kit, Provides about 2 (real) hours worth of protection against malfunctions." Server protection kits are used in exactly the same way as server repair kits.
They instantly repair the server they're inserted into, and will make the server blue, instead of green.
They rarely drop from supply crates.
Camera [Bad]

20 1 1 4.3 18.9 "A camera." Allows the player to view from the cameras in real time. The cameras have lights, and an infrared vision mode. Camera names can be changed from the computer. For some reason, medium quality and good quality Cameras stack with each other.

12 6 1 0.4 5.04 "A notepad, contains papers that can be torn off." Very handy to use. The notebook and the paper sheet have the same interface. Key combinations like "CTRL+Z," "CTRL+C," and "CTRL+V" work on both items.
